Now Hiring: Graphic Designer / Jr Art Director

Primary has a unique role to fill. We need a candidate who has a love and passion for great design with an interest in taking smart marketing ideas from ideation to presentation to execution.

Honestly we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable working on a range of client deliverables with a belief in delivering highly conceptual solutions to the problem at hand. We need someone who’ll absolutely own their work beginning to end with the hunger and humbleness to grow as a creative, and as part of this team. If you’re part maker, part creator, 2 parts designer, and part art director we’d love to talk to you about joining the team in our Haverhill, MA office.

Candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience working at an agency on graphic and web design projects across a variety of industries. Experience with CSS and strong UI/UX understanding and is a requirement.

  • Motivated to produce excellent creative for various mediums, on a variety of clients
  • Ability to clearly and enthusiastically present concepts
  • An innovative approach to design
  • A refined sensibility to composition, typography and color
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience with UX/UI projects plus deep understanding of responsive design and modern web standards
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow, as well as contribute ideas
  • Incredible attention to detail
Job Duties
  • Develop quality identity designs
  • Design quality layouts in a variety of styles across mediums
  • Prepare artwork for production as needed
  • Develop concepts that reflect the strategy, push creative, and the brand
  • Update job knowledge by being creatively curious
  • Complete assigned work on time and regularly report the status of projects
  • Be a mentor, guide and source of inspiration by being creatively contagious
  • Maintain productive working relationships by being a team player
  • Believe in going above and beyond
